Change Request

Our change process has been working well but we’ve just started receiving a lot of change requests with state = 10. Any ideas?

Hello,

Out of the box i don't see any state with value 10. Is it a custom state. Please share screenshots so it is easier to assist you.

This is the scenario - 

Whenever the user moves the change request (Normal) to a closed state the value of the state is set to 10.

There is no state with a value 10 on change_request table too.
