Hello,
The requirement is to trigger two sets of approval for a Change Request. First level of approval triggers to the Assignment group's Manager and the second level of approval is the Group Approval which triggers only when the Manager approves (condition provided).
The First level of approval (Manager) is achievable via 'Change Approval Policies' but the second level of approval is being difficult to achieve given the condition.
(Note - I did try playing around the OOB workflow and flow and somehow managed to achieve the goal but for some reasons the state of the Change moved to "Scheduled" post the first approval 😕 )
Any help or suggestion on this would be greatly appreciated.
-Thanks.

Hello all,
So, I managed to trigger two levels of approval. I made changes to the OOB "Normal Change Approval Policy -> Decisions" where I made the first (Manager) level of Approval to trigger at the "Assess" state of the CR. Only when it's approved, it moves to the "Authorize" state where the second level of Approval has been configured to trigger.
Please find below the screenshot for reference.
-Thanks.

There is KB for this, and but not to find out. I read it ealier but did not get the link now. Please check the workflow/ flow is setting the next approval.
