Change ServiceNow icon in outbound emails

Hello all,

Is there any way to change the icon for the ServiceNow email address when people open outbound emails in Outlook? Please refer to the following screenshot:

We want to replace the default "IS" icon with another image.

I'd appreciate your support.

Best regards,

Thi Dinh Nguyen

Hi @Thi Dinh Nguyen ,

This cannot be implemented in ServiceNow, looks more like a outlook setting if they allow any avatar setting for emails getting processed from ServiceNow. You might wanna get in touch with your O365 team or windows admin team.

However, As Mike pointed out, you can change the From in email notifications, which will change the "IS" you are seeing right now.

This "icon" is auto-generated by Outlook by concatenating the first letters of the first name "IT" and last name "Service Desk". If you want other letters, you have to change the "from" email address in your email notification or email account in ServiceNow.

Hello Maik,

Actually I want to change the generic "IS" icon with an avatar image like a normal user email address. Is it possible to implement this, either on ServiceNow side or from other systems?

Thanks,

Thi
