Change State to Complete

Hi,

I have two questions:

1) Each stage in the request has been completed yet the State displays as "Work in Progress". Is there a way to change this so it displays as completed?

2) If each one of my stages is completed, should there be a green check mark for every stage? It is only showing on the last stage that was completed.

Can you please check whether your workflow activity is executing to update the status? YOu can check this in one of your impacted record. There will be one form link - show workflow. Click on this to view the related workflow


I can confirm that my request followed the workflow and went through the "Set Values - Completed" and "End" tasks/activities.
