Normal Change stuck in assess mode after approval and in the change request Related links showing workflow and flow as mentioned below, please suggest how to find the issue on this.

Hi @ Ashok
When you say it's "stuck," is it still waiting for another approval? Please check the flow to see where it's getting held up. If you raised the change via the normal or legacy way, check the workflow. If it's raised via the Change Request view model, then check the flow instead.

Hi,
Thanks for response but issue was the change have done all approval done and it's need to be moved to scheduled as all approvals has been completed and it's not happened for this change request.

Hi @ Ashok Was the Change raised via the Change Request Model? If yes, then please check the state transitions defined in the model. If no transitions are configured, the request won’t move to the next state.
