change task is not visible in change task tab in workspace

Hi All,

I have raised a change request and i can created a change task but the change task in not visible in the change task tab instead its showing up in related list as shown below.

change tasks tab is not showing the change task CTASK

i need the change task CSTASK should be shown under change task tab , could you please suggest how it can be linked.

How is that tab configured? Is it supposed to show the related change tasks? Does it do that on other changes?

Hi, Its OOB configuration we have not configured the change task tab. ideally the change task created should be shown under the change task tab not in related list in the change request.

the filter condition is shown as above for the change task tab which am not able edit or add any new conditions in the filter conditions

On my instance (OOB) I have the Change Tasks as separate tab, just like you, but not on the related records. I think some customization has been done there.

Is it for all changes or specific.

Could you plz proceed further n see if ootb task getting generated and shown under which tab.
