Unusual popup on change form

I was noticed something new in change request form. I can see some unusual pop-up showing on the screen while we change the state open to work in progress. Could you please help me with this. If any body know about this. everyone's inputs are much appreciated.

It seems like you are trying to complete a work item in ServiceNow that has had some fields changed by an approver. The system is warning you that you need to ensure the work you are about to complete matches the approved changes.

It seems, that before you trigger any event, the field is already changed in the backend, and you are getting the error.
