change task is not visible in change task tab in workspace

Hi All,

I have raised a change request and i can created a change task but the change task in not visible in the change task tab instead its showing up in related list as shown below.

change tasks tab is not showing the change task CTASK

i need the change task CSTASK should be shown under change task tab , could you please suggest how it can be linked.

Hi Atul,

thanks for the reply its for all changes , the CATASK created currently it shows under related list not in the change task tab in service operations workspace.

change task tab is empty.

CTASK is shown under related records.

i need the CTASK to be shown in change task tab not related records tab.

Hi @Community Alums 

I tried in my PDI and looks like it is an instance issue.

I cant see the change task tab under related list, also it look like, in your instance it is customized. Bcz why there is need to 2 tabs with same purpose is required on form.

Try to repair the SOW plugin.
