Change tasks , and Change related list Number is not visible

Hi Community,

For some unknow reasons Child task form can't display  parent change request value on reference field, despite field is displayed empty if you click on "i" icon you will be redirected to the referenced Change request, same is happening on Related list, if yoy go to a Change request and then scroll down to Change Task related list, you will see a list of current change tasks but the Change number is displayed as a sys id, not a number.

Does anyone faced this before?

Look at the dictionary of the change_request table and ensure that number is checked as the display value.

Thanks, Mike, that did the trick, but now I've noticed that the " i  " Button disappeared, reference field number is visible but the button to send users to that specific record has gone, I've created overrides but nothing works, any suggests?
