'change tasks' related list on change form

Hi All,

I have below queries regarding change tasks related list in serviceNow. Please suggest.

1. Where I could find the 'change tasks' related list definition. I haven't seen any thing under relationships with the         name change tasks.

2.how the tasks are getting created and showing up under the 'change tasks' related list when the change is in implement state.

3.I have a requirement to create these tasks once the change has been created (change is not in implement state) is it possible?

2) To Change tasks you can configure the workflow.

3)Yes, it is possible to create CTask once change move to your required state in workflow.

Now It is clear for me how these tasks are getting generated and how to do customization. I would like to know how and where this related list has been defined in the system. I could not find any thing under the relationships with the name 'change tasks'.
