Change the definition of "open" tickets 1

Hi Team , 

 

can anyone please help me on the request , 

 

In the Request Overview dashboard, I notice that the open requests also include closed requests. screenshots in the attachment.
If the state is closed incomplete, closed cancelled or closed complete, could this be a filter to have these ticket not considered "open" anymore so we can get clearer data in our dashboards?

Hi @nameisnani ,

 

Can you check the "active" , "closed" columns of the requests listed under "Open" which have their state as closed  complete.
