Hi,
I have a request to generate a document via a record producer that is linked to a Word document. Ive managed to create the Word template, create the document template, map all the fields and publish it.
Somehow my record producer (with linked HR Service), ignores the Document Template to generate the document. I see that the document template is on the case, but the next step of generating the document it is being ignored. Anyone have some ideas?
