change the max length property of short description in incident form

Hi community,
I want to change the max length of short description 160 to 200. But I can't edit the field because it extends from task table.
Then I tried to change length using the dictionary override functionality. It's not working. Please help me...
it's urgent...

I'm not aware of any way to override the max length. I'm not convinced it will be a major issue if there are 40 extra characters available on other forms using that field though!

its working from task table.
I have just changed to 200.
