Change the navbar position in portal which is built via UI Builder

Hello Everyone 

I am stuck in one requirement where I need to shift the navbar of portal which is build via UI Bulder. I tried but not able to do it. 

Attaching the screenshot of that nav bar which need to be shifted to right.

Can you write click on navbar and do inspect element ? You should be able to find few things about it.

how did you create portal using UI builder?
there were you not able to add the position?

Apologise for replying late. 
Yes, this portal is built using UI Builder. and I tried my best to find CSS which targets navbar. Also, this navbar is not a part of component its coming from somewhere else . 
Working in UI Builder is a pain.
