Change the "help text" that displays in the text boxes for Work Notes and Additional Comments in sctask

Hello All - I am looking for the best way to change the "help text" that appears in the text boxes for Work Notes and Additional Comments on the sctask. Please see attached.

We are currently on Madrid upgrading to New York by EOY
