Change the view on My Approval

Hi this is related to change management. Is it possible to change the UI form view for My approval record. Because most of the fields are missing on that. So we need to show more detail for approver. 

I am attaching 2 scren shot. one is for change request another one is approval request for approval related to that change request. on change request you can see more more fields such as Department, Category, Sub Category,Business Domain ect. But for on my approval for it is just showing limited values. 

SO how can I bring those Department, Category, Sub Category,Business Domain fields to " My approval" form view

I think there is no need to send more details for approval regarding the change request . but still you want to do so can you see the below links might be it is helpful for you .
