Change Variables differentiation.

Hi Team,

                    I have been asked to make a excel on OTB features vs Custom features for a change request.  Starting with variables on the form. Could you let me know where i can find these variables and who created it?

and how i can make a difference between OTB vs custom?

OOTB is those which is provide by system and you can use as it, custom means which created by a user.

 

This contains all OOTB
