Changes made in a 'Flow' and captured in Update Sets is not working in another instance

Hi All,

Can someone please let me know why changes captured for an active Flow is not working in another instance?

Pl Note : I have copied from an existing flow and created mine. Tried deactivating and then activating the flow, captured in update set, even then it didn't work in another instance.

I have tried capturing the sub-flow changes in the update sets but it didn't get captured
