Changes to Custom form view

Hello,

I'm having an issue with my custom form view of an table, when I customize anything in the form view layout the its applying to default view of the same table form view and vice-versa.

anyone from community please help me here to handle this situation.

Hi Kishore,

You dont need to. You can create new view from view name field and add required fields. It will not impact default view.

Below is the custom form, if you see Business Application section is under global scope and all other sections are from custom scope.

Below is the default form, again Business Application section is part of global scope.

I'm thinking in both the cases Business Application section is used commonly.

Any suggestions here.

Hi @Kishore

You are absolutely correct. Some fields main section remains same irrespective of view. Some view are bydafault OOB build by ServiceNow which has those field automatically populated. The extended table plays vital role in all this as well.
