I am in the process of testing out the Proactive Triggers capability. After enabling 'Proactive triggers activation' in the conversational interface settings, I went to system properties to update com.glide.cs.advanced-chat-popover. After changing this setting from 'false' to 'true' I noticed that the VA Chat widget was no longer visible on the portal. This did not change even when I activated the OOB triggers for testing.
You can see the change below. Why would changing this property affect the widget's visibility?
