Changing Form Section Name

I am trying to change the name of this form section "Tutor Certification Data" to just "Tutor Data."  I had originally created the tab through "Form Layout.

I looked at the help documents.  There is no section on changing a form name.  Only deleting a form.

I found the "form section" for this tab, and changed the name from "Tutor Certification Data" to "Tutor Data."

I saved the data.  Back in the form, I reload the page.  The form name has not changed.  I do not want to delete this tab.

I have cleared my cache, restarted my browser and logged back in.  No change.  What am I missing?

Hi,

Did you clear cache for instance? If not, try https://yourinstancename.service-now.com/cache.do.

Replace yourinstancename in URL & then it should work.

Hi dmullinax,

Goto to configure -- form Design.

Click on the highlighted part and save the form the section name will get changed automatically.

The name seemed to change on its own after a while, and must have been a caching issue as Jaspal pointed out.  Then after reading CB's reply, I tried opening form design, double-clicking on the form section and I was able to change it from there as well.  I didn't know I could change it from there.

It would be helpful if ServiceNow would add a section on that help document I listed earlier.
