Changing Risk and Impact background color in change form

Hello Everyone,

I have implemented a Risk Assessment tab in change form before planning tab, risk assessment tab have 8 questions with 3 choices each and every options have scores which gets calculated and populate risk and impact field according to high, moderate and low which is working fine.

but i also want to implement background color change when the risk or impact is high color should be red, when it is moderate it should be yellow and when it is low it should be green.

risk and impact field is read-only.

please help me implement.

i did created it according to the screenshot which you have attached but risk background color is still not changing does this work on read-only fields as well?

Sorry I guess I did not gave the requirement properly  it is changing in list view as you have shown above but i wanted same in form view which is not reflecting.
