Changing Sender Details for Offboarding Notifications in ServiceNow

Hello Community,

 

I am currently working on offboarding notifications in ServiceNow and would like to change the Sender Details to reflect our Global Offboarding team instead of the default system Sender.

Could anyone guide me on how to update the sender information for these notifications or are there any specific settings or scripts in need to adjust.

Do you want to change the From Email Address of the Notifications?

Need to change the sender email address for one of our notifications as it's been sending default system Sender.

If that is the case, the open the notification scroll down there you can see advanced View in the related Links. After clicking on that goto what it will contain section there you can see the "From" Field. you can enter the senders email address over there.
