Hi Team,
I want to show the Incidents SLA met % for response and resolution SLA like its 98% or 92% etc. And this percentage can be calculated as if 10 incidents logged per month and 8 are SLA met then percentage is 80 etc. Same goes with response and resolution SLA.
So, chart should like below. Is this possible in normal reporting?

Hello SM16,
yes it is possible but in normal reports you won’t be able to display the percentage values like in image
you can use performance analytics for this or in normal reporting you use task SLA table with time series and conditions with group by as “Has breached” and some fitter conditions with respect to your need
please mark as helpful if you think this is helpful
Thank you

Issue with PA is it does not show actual data from which report has been built
And with normal report, using group by on Has breached devices the data between SLA met or missed where I do not want missed SLA. And if I exclude has breached through condition then it will show SLA as full which is not the case.

Hi @SM16,
yes it’s possible, but not through the normal report designer. You need performance analytics to calculate percentage.
