I want to hide the virtual agent chat icon for the c3i users that is where the users are with special instructions containing C3i full support. How can it be achieved.

same case but did not find anything related this i don't know maybe it inject through an out of box script

Some kind of same issue i am facing i want to hide on base of if user have not access of portal that icon will not show

That maybe work of virtual chat widget but not work for agent chat
