checking  ADCv2 and ADC-to-App mTLS for CBA (Certificate Based Authentication) test gives me the following response on Personal instance - what does this mean..  

Is ADCv2 and ADC-to-APP mTLs enabled  on my developer instance. If not, how I can enable it

I had a similar ask, in the end I raised a case on the portal and reached out to my account manager. You cannot complete this yourself and require ServiceNow to perform this activity. There is a KB article where its stated that ServiceNow will be conducting a project to have instances migrated between November 2020 - 2023.

KB0952875 - ADCv2 Migration

The KB does not specify if PDI instances will be migrated though.
