I need to learn new module in Servicenow

Hi experts,

I'm a ServiceNow Developer for the past one year. I am now good in ITSM and integrations.
I feel I need to explore new modules. Can someone suggest me any module that I can take next, and also I am not sure where to start and how to? Please suggest me the right way to understand and learn any new module.

if you want to learn any module now learning is best and you can find also youTube channel As per my knowledge you can learn ITOM, HAM ,SAM or GRC

You can start focusing on taking up On demand courses in NowLearning portal, few good exercises woul dbe Scripting fundamentals in Servicenow, HRSD, Performance Analytics, Citizen developer.

Apart from this, you can subscribe to official servicenow youtube channels, such as Servicenow community, Dev program, there are lot of interactive sessions such as live coding hour, technow and creator con on youtube.

It more about what are you working with in the daily business and what would you like to work with? One thing is off course Now Learning where you can read up on the different modules, but you also need to gain the experience from daily work. So basic, do you have any upcoming opportunities to work with a new module in ServiceNow?

I tried Email integration and to send physical xml file as an attachment to the required email. Can you please try it and see if you can?
(read this if you are up to the task:
what im doing is to that im making an xml file of a record ( dynamic data) , i have managed to save the data as a string. Now i need to put that data in a file and send it as an xml attachment to the recipient.)
