Check Attachement present on RITM or not through report

Hi All, 

I want to create a report on ritm where I need to check that the attachment is resent or not on the ritm if not present then send the report considering variable of the catalog item . 

Variables such as :- Installed by, Vendor name , Service class, Equipment type.
can someone please help me on this .

Hello,
You can create a checkbox type field named as "Has Attachment" and make it true from the BR whenever the attachment is added on that table .Then you can pull the report based on the field created "Has Attachment".
