Info Banner on order guide

I want to add an info banner for the order guide that will be displayed before clicking the 'Request' option, but I don't want it to work on all order guides, only on one specific one. How do I achieve this?

I doubt we can do like this to add banner. You can create variable use that to provide information.

You can create a variable 

and put the information you want to put as you want to do in banner.
