Hi All,
In One of the catalog item I have 4 checkboxes and the label for that checkboxes. When I check any check box variable and submit the request then all the variables in that catalog item are not visible in the Catalog Task. If I didn't check the checkbox and submit the request then all the variables are visible in Catalog Task.
I have tried the below methods:
1. I have added all the variables in workflow.
2. I tried making all the variables global.
3. The "Applies to catalog task" is checked in all the UI policies.
CASE1:
In the below request I didn't checked any of the checkboxes and submit the request.
In the below created catalog task SCTASK0182248, all the variables are visible:
CASE2:
In the same catalog item, I checked two of the checkboxes and submit the request.
In the below created catalog task SCTASK0182249, no variables are visible but variables in variables set are visible:
If anyone know the solution or if anyone has faced this issue and found any solutions please do let me know.
Thanks!

Ok. Ensure that the visibility of the variables is not dependent on the values of other variables. Sometimes, variables may be configured to be visible only when certain conditions are met. Review the dependencies of each variable to ensure they are configured correctly.
Also verify the configurations of the variable sets associated with the catalog item. Ensure that the variables within the variable sets are correctly configured and visible.
Please Mark ✅Correct if this solves your query and also mark 👍Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.
Thanks

Hi @Maddysunil ,
The variable sets are configured correctly and working fine in other catalog items. These checkboxes are present in only one UI policy. I inactivated that UI policy and checked then the variables are visible in catalog task. Also in the same UI policy I removed these checkbox variables and activated that UI policy and tried submitted a request then also the variables are visible in catalog task. I am not sure how can I include this checkbox in the UI policy. As per the requirement it should be dependent on another variable. Please let me know if you know hoe to achieve this.
Thanks!

Hi @Maddysunil ,
Adding one more thing. If I check the checkbox then only the variables will not be visible in the catalog task no matter if there is any UI policy for these checkboxes are present or not.
Thanks!

Is reverse if false checkbox on UI policy is true?if true pls make it false and try once.
Also if possible pls share the screenshot of your UI policy.
Thanks

Hi @Maddysunil ,
Below are the screenshots of the Catalog UI policy:
If these 4 check boxes are not added in this UI policy and it is checked and I submitted the request then also the variables are not visible in the catalog task. So I think the problem is not with the UI policy.
Let me know your inputs.
Thanks!
