Checkout option not available on knowledge Article even though state is Published.

Hi All,

There is a knowledge article which got retired by mistake, but after making it published again am not able to see Checkout option, it is updated to new version but not able to see any option in respect of Checkout, article is in published state. 

Also have checked other article related to same Knowledge base but all of them are working fine.  

Any Idea on above ???

Have you looked at the condition for the checkout button to see what its looking at for display?  We do not have that UI Action so I cannot check it.

Check the UI action condition for Check out and verify whether the condition are satisfied. You can do it by navigating to UI action in the application navigator and filter by name contains check out and verify the condition
