A good implementation team 🙂
My company moved to ServiceNow from Cherwell 3 years ago. We created an archive application with the Cherwell incident data (for compliance reasons), and built ServiceNow how we wanted it to work. Overall, it was a very easy process, and we never looked back.

If you use any tool, what tool it is?
If with manual migration, some incidents, problems may be interrelated, how this relationship is still be maintained in ServiceNow after manual migration?

samir, hi there! migrations have always been a bit hard for me. making sure you have transferred everything is a bit stressful. hope you've managed to successfully execute it. I've done it just once so far, and we used a tool to connect the systems and sync them so that any info is migrated. the tool we used is a connector, called zigiops. as ricky said, the team is also an important.
