Choice values not visible

Hi

Have a requirement to add a value to the field in the service catalog.

When a choice value is added to the choice table it is not visible. Upon checking i realized that the value is already there in the table but not visible.

I couldn't find any scripts for hiding this. how can i resolve this issue.

Hi @Dhanya 

go to Choice Lists from the Application Navigator, ensure the flag Inactive for your choice values is set to false:

Hi Alberto , In fact in the choice list i can find only the ones that are already visible. why is it so, i found the entry in cmn_location list but not in the choice list. thanks Dhanya
