Choice values not visible

Hi

Have a requirement to add a value to the field in the service catalog.

When a choice value is added to the choice table it is not visible. Upon checking i realized that the value is already there in the table but not visible.

I couldn't find any scripts for hiding this. how can i resolve this issue.

Hi @Dhanya 

go to Choice Lists from the Application Navigator, ensure the flag Inactive for your choice values is set to false:

Hi,

So you are saying whenever a new country choice gets added to cmn_location country field it is not showing in your catalog?

please provide some screenshots

Actually the country name is already existing but not showing up on the catalog.

yes the additional values in cmn_location is not visible in the catalog.
