Choice values not visible

Hi

Have a requirement to add a value to the field in the service catalog.

When a choice value is added to the choice table it is not visible. Upon checking i realized that the value is already there in the table but not visible.

I couldn't find any scripts for hiding this. how can i resolve this issue.

Hi @Dhanya 

go to Choice Lists from the Application Navigator, ensure the flag Inactive for your choice values is set to false:

I suspect there's some script restricting these fields.

with which user this issue is being faced? admin or non-admins?

All users had this issue. resolved it by adding the missing entry to the choice list.

hi Dhanya, most likely the issue is with ACL.

Try create a new ACL record for your table. Please remember you need to elevate access with security_admin
