Choices aren't coming in blue color

Hi All,

I have a requirement to make some changes in sub category choices of incident but when I try to disable any choice the value choice vanishes but it doesn't appear in blue color making it difficult to identify what updated previously on older records. OOB is blue color choice value of it doesn't exist or deactivated in the choice list but it is not happening.

Hi,

The way it is working is right. When you disable a choice you don't want users to select it form new records but you don't want to impact older records.

To make them appear blue you will need to delete the choices (not recommended)

Even when they appear blue, you wont be able to filter  all blue ones, you will have to find the individually and do a show matching.
