Chrome scrollbar bug

Hey,
I have been hit up by a couple of users this morning saying that the scroll bars are broken. It looks like there is a bug in the latest version of chrome where you can use the mouse wheel to move a drop down list but you can not select the scroll bar with the mouse and drag it up or down.
here is the bug report in chrome if anyone needs it.

I've noticed in dropdowns the last item at the bottom of the list doesn't highlight on mouseover but it is selectable. Running 32.0.1700.76 m

I have noticed the same thing, Can't scroll down and or high lite the last select-able

This is quite the bug Chrome has on their hands. It's quite frustrating, but at least the arrow keys and mouse wheel still work. Hopefully Chrome fixes this quickly.
