Hello ServiceNow Developer Support,
I am unable to access my Personal Developer Instance.
Instance Name: dev304110
Release: Zurich
Issue:
My Personal Developer Instance has been offline for more than 24 hours.
Whenever I try to open the instance from the Developer Portal, I receive the following message:
"We're having trouble opening your instance due to an internal error. We should have it fixed in a few minutes."
However, the issue has continued for more than a day.
Current Status:
• Instance Status: Offline
• Instance URL: https://dev304110.service-now.com
Troubleshooting Performed:
• Cleared browser cache and cookies
• Tried Incognito mode
• Tried different browsers (Chrome and Edge)
• Tried a different internet connection
• Tried opening the instance directly using the instance URL
• Refreshed the Developer Portal multiple times
The Actions menu only shows "Release instance". There is no option to start or repair the instance.
This Personal Developer Instance contains several practice projects, including an important Korean Apartment Maintenance application that I have spent significant time building. I would greatly appreciate it if the instance could be recovered instead of being released.
Could you please investigate and help restore my Personal Developer Instance?
Thank you for your assistance.
Regards,
Pavani

Hi @gilbertelin
It looks like this is a known issue.
There is no official support for this issue, so it is difficult to say exactly what is causing it or when it will be resolved. At this stage, patience may be the best option while waiting for a fix.

Hello,
Thank you for your previous response.
My Personal Developer Instance (dev304110) has now been offline for one week.
The status is still Offline, and the only available action is Release instance.
Initially, I received an internal error message. Later, the portal showed that my PDI was temporarily hibernating due to an infrastructure issue. The issue still has not been resolved.
Could you please let me know:
Is my PDI recoverable?
Is there an estimated timeline for resolving this issue?
Should I continue waiting, or should I release the instance and request a new Personal Developer Instance?
This PDI contains important practice projects, including my Korean Apartment Maintenance application, so I would like to avoid losing my work if recovery is still possible.
Thank you for your assistance.
