I want to add a filter to reference field "Configuration item" in incident form(Only to incident table).
My requirement is the filter should be visible in the pop up and should be editable. Expected result: Just like the below image.
Current Scenario: It is showing 'All' in the filter though the condition is applied in reference qualifier
Rajeev KumarBlake Reikofski any idea?

Hello Nireesha,
Go to the Pop Up page, right link on the List ribbon, Got to List Control and Uncheck the Omit Filters Box over there.
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks,
Subhajit

Omit filters is unchecked before.
It is showing as 'ALL' in the filter. Instead I want a condition to be displayed there in the filter.
I don't want it to show like the below screenshot when I gave a condition(eg: active = true) in Qual or through some other way
Instead it should show the condition in filter say: All> active is true

Hello Nireesha,
Then go to the List Control again and on the right toppish part of the page, add the roles to whom you want to show the filter on the Popup. Add roles to the field 'Filter Roles' slush bucket field in there.
Let me know if that works.
Thanks,
Subhajit
