Heard from ex-colleague that ServiceNow is providing Training and Voucher for CIS - ITSM or any other topics for free of cost. Is that true? If yes, can someone please share the details?

No, there is currently no free CIS training / Vouchers available from ServiceNow. It could be, that if you work for a ServiceNow partner company, then that could be the reason that the training is free for your x-colleagues .
