Hi All,
We have recently upgraded our ServiceNow instance to the Yokohama version. Prior to this, we were using the Washington DC version.
In the Service Operations Workspace of the Washington DC version, the logo displayed was the default ServiceNow logo. However, after upgrading to Yokohama, we’ve noticed that the logo in the Service Operations Workspace now matches the banner image, rather than displaying the ServiceNow logo.
Could you please help us understand:
- Why is the banner image now appearing as the logo in the Service Operations Workspace?
- If we wish to revert to the default ServiceNow logo, what configuration or settings need to be updated?
We would appreciate it if you could provide clear steps or documentation to guide us through this change.
Thank you for your support.

Hi @johnmichael86,
was it helpful enough to resolve it for good?
