Classification Prediction of Call Type not predicting accurately.

Hi Team,
We have a Prediction Model to predict Call Type which takes short description, description, account of the call as input to predict which is working as expected to an extent. But there are scenarios, where even if the description mentions " create an incident ", model will not predict it as an incident.
I want some mechanism to look for words like urgent, immediately, create an incident etc. to be taken in to account while making the prediction for it to be accurate.
Is there any way we can do something like this.
Any help is appreciated.
