Click legend on a graph and value must disappear from graph

Any one one knows where to set it up?

I click in HR Workspace a legend element like this in a graph:

And it disappear on a graph:

Where is the setting for this please? I saw it it many graphs

But it's missing for 1 other.

For which one is it missing? This is OOB functionality. By clicking you filter out the value. This is not something we can reach within the code.

I'm referring to "HR Agent Workspace" NOT Dashboards.

For example this OOTB graph which is DONUT it works:

But for custom one if I press it does not disappear from the list
