Click Modal Button is not working

Hi All,

I am writing ATF for major incident.

When I write step to click on Promote to Major Incident ui action, a UI page opens up (shared in screenshot). In test steps , I set field values and then write step as Click on modal button but getting failure summary as 'FAILURE: Did not find GlideDialogWindow or GlideModal'.

Can anyone please help to resolve this where I am doing wrong?

If I am adding step as Set Component Values (Custom UI), I am getting pop as shown in screenshot. can you please suggest on this?
