I need to add 2 roles as a value in drop down by client script. I need to select either one of the value and both also in catalog form. I didn't configure by variable form directly. Because i am having the first field dependent upon the selection of values from the table. So I want to auto populate remaining fields. The catalog form is for all applications also. I have attached the form. 

If I selected the first field from table, the next fields should be auto populated. For that I have done with client script. So Here I want 2 roles need to be added in the field "role". If another method also, kindly provide.

The roles are admin and stakeholder

What have you tried? Can you provide your current code you are trying? In the screenshot it looks like the role field is a single line text rather then a drop down.

Could you please explain your requirement bit more as requirement is not clear may be with some screen shot of what you have already configured and what are expecting to do in the form ?
