Trying to better manage storage in non-prod and prod instances. We have less storage in our non-prod instances.
The solution is looking to be
- Prod: more effective archive and destroy rules and additional table cleaner entries
- Prod: search for and manage orphaned attachments
- non-prod: different clone settings to reduce data in non-prod after clone
At this stage I'm also considering different data retention policies between prod and non-prod. This is to restrict growth in non-prod post a clone.
Are there any gotchas / recommendation to not introduce Clone Exclude and Preserve entries for Table Cleaner [sys_auto_flush], Archive Rules [sys_archive] and Archive Destroy Rules [sys_archive_destroy] tables?
