I did clone of Prod to my sub-prod environments. But it did not clone down my Groups, Group Members, Group Roles from Production and it cloned over the Groups, Group Members, Group Roles I had created in sub-prod environments.

check table Clone Exclude Tables [clone_data_exclude] and Clone Data Preservers table [clone_data_preserver].
