close code and close notes on change task should carry the data to change request

The requirement is : When closing the change task and going back to the change request form , close code and close notes on change task should   carry the data to change request.

I recently did this on a Helsinki instance by adding the Change Task close code & close notes and when the task closed, it copied them to the Change Request. Just had to make sure the choices & values were the same between Change Task & Change Request.

Not sure why when i close the change task , and then when i go back to check it , the close notes and close codes are not showing on the task. Although on the page lay out I have selected them to be shown!

UI policy hiding/showing them? We made them mandatory on the change task when the State changes to Closed Complete.
