Closed RITM's should be removed from active request queue

Is there a way to remove closed RITM's from my requests in service portal for users.

 

Please guide.

What type of widget is that? And what is the page URL?

Widget is My requests -Home>My requests>Requested for me 

 

Page URL is service-now.com/sp?id=requests

 

 

The standard My Requests widget looks differently. It must have been customized in your instance. To determine if that is the case, see: Widget diagnostics
