Cloud Observability on PDI

Hi all, very new to SNOW!

 

Does anybody know whether I can add Cloud Observability to my personal development instance? I can't seem to find where I can install it?

It's SN or ServiceNow but not SNOW. 

 

Seems this plugin is not available for PDI. So you can't  get it here.
